I'm also looking into Costa Rica. I'm not sure if anyone has a specific preference. I have a friend who owns RPM Property Management company (http://www.tulin.com/costarica/tamarindo-beach-homes.htm).
Right now it looks like about $700/return. Still checking with the owner to see what kind of discount we may be able to get on housing.
Travel agents have advised cheaper flights will be posted in Late August/Early September; We will confirm total costs for those who want to travel as a group once we have the cheaper sales/discounts announced by airlines

Hello folks - We have just confirmed TULUM, MEXICO as the B.O.B. 2011 VACATION DESTINATION!!
> TRAVEL DATES: Monday, April 25th (depart SFO @ 8:00am) / Saturday, April 30th (depart Cancun)
> Virgin America have just announced new flights (non-stop) between SFO & CANCUN, MEXICO and we have reserved 30 seats until March 1st 2011.
> The Group Discounted Flights are $195/each way - with all taxes, total airplane ticket costs the final ticket price is $477/round trip, per person.
> No deposit is required - we simply need the names/ages of people who would like to hold a flight reservation until March 1st.

We have 29 folks confirmed for Tulum vacation - All beach house bedrooms are booked - see the Hostal Chalupa info above and other cabana/boutique hotel options located on beach near shared BOB Houses (houses are net door to La Zebra Cabanas). We sending out payment requests to all folks via PayPal - ALL MONEY MUST BE PAID BY MARCH 1st or VIRGIN AMERICA WILL CANCEL YOUR TICKET. Becca will emailing all traveling B.O.B. folks a list of some useful info for packing and a few more travel details..
